更新 README 文件，加入贡献指南

在自述文件中添加了一个新部分，提供贡献指南，包括提交代码到测试分支的说明。同时作为构建过程的一部分，更新了生成的文件和缓存文件。（标题和介绍由Copilot生成并使用巨硬机翻）
