feat(武器): 调整多个武器的数值和显示属性
更新多个武器的伤害值、能量消耗、冷却时间等数值平衡 修复武器描述文本中的错误并统一显示格式 为部分武器添加缺失的tease文本和可见性设置 优化武器配置文件的调试标记和能量显示
