feat(武器): 调整鸡毛弓的伤害计算和属性配置
- 提高攻击伤害系数从0.05到0.075 - 降低自身伤害系数从0.05到0.025 - 更新基础生命值消耗从1.0到2.0 - 移除能量需求相关配置 - 更新描述文本以匹配当前数值
