refactor(武器卡片): 统一描述文本的父节点路径并移除调试标记

将武器卡片描述文本的父节点路径统一调整为container/back/scroller，提升UI结构一致性
移除所有武器卡片中的debugRebuild标记，清理调试代码
优化NuclearBomb.tscn文件格式，修复节点引用路径
