fallingshrimp 7df10eec34 fix(Weapons/Bow): 调整弓的自伤系数和能量消耗
将自伤系数从0.1降低到0.05,同时将基础自伤值从0.5提升到1.0
能量消耗从20.0增加到40.0以平衡调整
