fallingshrimp bc3368f25f feat(武器): 调整多个武器的能量消耗和属性数值
- 降低LGBT武器的能量需求从50到25,并添加沙滩球信息
- 为Meowmere武器添加1.0能量需求并调整伤害数值
- 降低VectorStar武器的能量需求从10到5并移除调试标记
- 调整ChainGun武器的攻击力和分裂间隔,能量需求从1改为2
