fix(武器): 调整Meowmere和ChainGun的伤害计算及属性
修复Meowmere的childatk计算方式,改为基于atk的百分比 修正ChainGun子弹的split属性名称为splits 调整Meowmere的基础伤害值和描述文本 将Rooster的默认武器从ChainGun替换为Meowmere
