refactor: 调整武器和召唤物属性及配置

- 移除LGBTFlag的最大生命值设置
- 调整HJM武器的伤害和时间系数
- 修改Arrow子弹的轨迹参数
- 将BulletBase的伤害计算从initialDamage改为baseDamage
- 简化LGBTWeapon的召唤参数
- 提升Bow武器的攻击力和降低能量消耗
- 调整HJM武器的属性和描述
- 更新Rooster角色的武器配置
