fix(武器): 调整WhiteSoul武器属性和Rooster角色配置

修改WhiteSoul武器的攻击计算方式,将攻击加成从2倍降至1倍,并固定count值为1
更新Rooster角色的武器配置,从SevenSoul更换为WhiteSoul
调整武器描述文本以匹配实际属性
