feat: 调整游戏平衡性和测试配置

- 提高重型水晶子弹的伤害值从20到30
- 移除玩家角色的无敌状态
- 调整KukeChild角色的攻击冷却时间
- 将默认波次从空波次改为测试BOSS波次
- 禁用自定义启动逻辑
